Sales Support Administrator

About the Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping process orders, returns and invoices while delivering outstanding customer service.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering a first-class customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing inbound customer calls and correspondence
  • Processing customer orders and email enquiries
  • Organising replacement deliveries for damaged goods
  • Arranging returns and collections
  • Managing invoices and order administration
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution
  • Working closely with internal departments to provide an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable

Warehouse Operative

Shift Patterns

  • AM Shift – 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • PM Shift – 10:00am to 6:00pm

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.

No previous warehouse experience is required as full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Goods in, stock checking and replenishment
  • Picking, packing and loading customer orders
  • Operating warehouse equipment once trained
  • Following company Health & Safety procedures
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards
  • Assisting with stock takes when required

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication skills
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude
  • A reliable team player
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm to learn
  • FLT experience preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to undertake manual handling of tiles and flooring products
