Collections from our Distribution Centre

To ensure the best experience for you and our warehouse team all orders need to be placed 24 hrs in advance of collection.

Please place your order via email and include your name and contact number. Specify that you wish to use our next-day collections service and your desired collection time. (Failure to mention this may delay the processing of the collection)

Collection slots will be between 07:00 and 17:00 hours.

If the height of your vehicle is above 3 metres please let the team know when booking your slot. 

We will accept orders for same-day collections if there has been an error in the delivery, such as being short-delivered or breakages, in these instances we require 4 hours' notice. 

We appreciate that sometimes you may have an urgent request for various reasons, and we will do our best to support you. 

For all on-the-day requests please email your order AND call our sales team (0113 2444984) to ensure your order is prioritised, we prefer 4 hours advance notice for all on-the-day collections. In the title of your email please state “same-day collection” this will help the sales team get to your request quickly.

Making your collection as easy as possible

As you appreciate, Health and Safety at all sites are absolutely paramount, and we would ask that you follow the below guidelines:

1. On arrival at the site barrier you will be required to press the intercom button for the Warehouse Team to raise the barrier. Please look to arrive at your designated time and state that you have arrived to collect your order. 

2. We request that you quote the Sales Order number so that we can provide an efficient service.

3. There are three bays designated for site collections, these are located by bay 1 and will be clearly marked.

4. Please pull into one of these dedicated bays and call the Shift Manager on 07767 019956. 

5. If all bays are occupied, please call the Shift Manager on 07767 019956.and ask for advice. 

6. We request that you stay with your vehicle until a Warehouse Team Member approaches you and facilitates loading. Under no circumstances must you enter the Warehouse.

7. Please read the Health and Safety Induction here. Arriving at site to collect goods will be taken as your acceptance of following these procedures.

8. Goods must be checked & signed for upon collection.
