A message from Verona regarding Covid-19
The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is of paramount importance to us and we are making decisions daily to ensure we protect everyone during this period.
Our head office is now open, though many of our staff continue to work remotely, and our warehouse is fully operational. Additional health & safety measures have been put in place across both sites to protect our staff, and we are following all hygiene and social distancing guidelines. We are receiving a large number of emails and telephone enquiries, so we thank you for your patience. We are doing everything we can to resume our normal service levels and the majority of orders are now being delivered within 2-3 working days, though lead times may occasionally be longer than this.
As a result of the additional safety measures put in place, it is taking slightly longer than normal to pick and pack orders. To assist our warehouse operatives during this challenging period we are asking all customers to round up their orders to the nearest full box quantity, as this will speed up picking times.
