Minimalistic bathroom with contrasting shower space

The Project:

Andrew from Leeds had wanted to redesign his bathroom for some time now but just hadn’t found the look that was right for him. His bathroom was beginning to look dated and was in desperate need of freshening up. The atmosphere in his old bathroom wasn’t very relaxing at all so this was one of the main issues he wanted to tackle. Andrew is a huge fan of minimalistic themed bathrooms and was delighted when he came across our Kendal Gloss Porcelain. Andrew had bought the property from an elderly couple and liked the spaciousness of the wet room, however this meant it had unnecessary accessories such as wall grips and a chair that needed to go.

The Result:

Andrew said: “I am over the moon with the outcome of my new bathroom. My old one was becoming unfit for purpose and was in need of some TLC. You really wouldn’t believe that this is using the same space as the old one. I liked the fact the bathroom was already a wet room as this helps to make it a lot easier to clean. I wanted to create a bathroom with an atmosphere that would help me relax after a long day at work and I feel that this wall and floor tile combination does exactly that with its modern and crisp finish. I also wanted to feature a floor mosaic in the shower to help create a nice contrast in the room.”
